## Services
SoloSpa offers one package, The Batmobile Treatment, built around what each car needs. Customers pick from these services:
- Full wash and decontamination: Foam wash, iron and clay decon, wheels, tires and door jambs.
- Interior deep clean: Vacuum, steam, leather or fabric care, every surface and glass.
- Paint correction: Machine polishing to remove swirls, scratches and haze, in one or more stages.
- Ceramic coating: Long-lasting gloss and protection, applied over corrected paint.
- Front-end PPF: Paint protection film on the hood, bumper, fenders and mirrors to stop rock chips.
- Pet hair and stain removal: Extraction for stubborn hair, stains and odours.
- Engine bay clean: Safe degrease and dress.
- Headlight restoration: Clear, bright lenses again.

## Winter plans (set prices, CAD, plus applicable tax; billed automatically by card through Stripe)
- Salt Maintenance Membership, December to March, cancel anytime:
  - Salt Check, 1 visit a month: $119/month for a car, $139/month for an SUV, truck or van
  - Salt Shield, 2 visits a month: $199/month for a car, $229/month for an SUV, truck or van
  - Every visit: salt-safe exterior wash (rinseless below freezing), wheels, tires and wheel wells, door jambs and sills, carpet salt-stain removal and mat scrub, interior vacuum, wipe-down and glass
  - Member perks: paint sealant on the first visit, 10% off any other service, first in line after a snowstorm
- Storage Concierge: $129/month, billed from sign-up through April. Includes a storage prep detail, storage setup (tire pressure, the customer's battery tender and cover, moisture absorbers), a monthly check-in with a photo report by text, and a spring wake-up. Done at the customer's garage or an accessible storage unit.
- Fleet Pilot: $129 per vehicle for 30 days, 3 to 10 vehicles, 2 visits per vehicle on site with a photo report after each visit. After the pilot, an agreed fleet rate with no contract.

## Pricing
One-time details have no fixed price list. Each detail is priced from the car's size and condition and what the owner wants done. Customers get a firm quote by using the quote builder on the website or calling 647-510-2992.

**How much does it cost?**
One-time details are priced off your car's condition and what you want done. Build your quote above or call 647-510-2992 for a firm number. Our winter plans have set monthly prices: Salt Maintenance from $119 a month, Storage Concierge $129 a month and the Fleet Pilot $129 per vehicle.

**How does plan billing work?**
You sign up through Stripe, a secure payment service, and it charges the same card on the same day each month. Salt Maintenance can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Storage Concierge is billed monthly from the day you join through April. The Fleet Pilot is a single payment for 30 days.

**Do you need water or power from me?**
No. We bring our own water and power, so there's nothing to set up on your side.

**Where do you park?**
A driveway, parking pad or office lot works. We just need space to work around the car.

**Do I have to be home?**
Not necessarily. Many clients hand over the key and go about their day.

**When are you available?**
We work by appointment. Pick a preferred date in the booking form or call 647-510-2992 and we'll set a time that suits you.

**How do I pay or reschedule?**
